New 350 square foot 4 season sunroom addition. Built on an ICF foundation with a crawl space that houses a ducted heat pump for heating and air conditioning. The tile floor was installed with Ditra Heat for comfort in the wintertime.
3rd Floor Master Suite Addition
Addition of a master suite in what used to be the attic space on the 3rd floor of a historic house in Brunswick. Historical regulations limited the height of the addition to the existing ridgeline triggering the need for a flat roof over the new bedroom section.
